摘要
在整理大量文献的基础上,探讨外包成功衡量方式的研究,主要从外包关系质量、知识分享、能力和信息技术几个方面对影响因素进行总结,最后对未来的研究方向进行展望。
The paper reviews the measurement of outsourcing success and summarizes its influent factors, such as relation- ship, knowledge sharing, and competence. At last, the paper suggests possible directions for further research.
