摘要
锦屏一级水电站在采用大理岩轧制混凝土骨料的生产性试验中,发现在不同的破碎设备及不同的试验工况条件下,大理岩轧制人工砂的细度模数小、石粉含量高、砂的颗粒级配差。为控制人工砂的石粉含量及提高成砂率,分别进行了圆锥破、反击破、立轴破、棒磨机在不同破碎工况下的专项工艺试验。通过试验,所选用的生产工艺为:中碎采用反击破,制砂采用立轴破,人工砂石粉含量控制采用选粉机剔除的全干法生产工艺。系统投产后,成功控制了人工砂的石粉含量、细度模数和含水率。
In the productive trial of marble-to-aggregate making for concrete use of Jinping I Hydropower Station,it was found that the fineness modulus of artificial aggregate was small,the stone powder content was high and the aggregate gradation quality was low through different crushing equipments and under different trial conditions.In order to control the stone powder content and increase the production rate,special tests with cone crasher,impact crusher,vertical shaft impact crusher,rod crushing mill were carried out under different crushing conditions.The production technology was selected,namely,impact crusher for secondary crushing,vertical shaft impact crusher for aggregate making,full dry production technology controlled by powder selection machine for stone powder content control of artificial aggregate.The stone powder content,fineness modulus and water content were successfully controlled after the system was put into production.
