长江流域水资源质量近年变化分析及对策建议

Analysis on water quality variation in Yangtze River Basin in recent years and countermeasures

以1998~2008年每年年报和月报等综合成果报告为依据,在分析流域排污增长状况基础上,从流域整体层面上分析了江河、湖库水质和富营养化变化状况以及水功能区和城市饮用水水源地水质变化状况,分析了长江流域11 a间水质发展趋势。最终分析结果表明：长江流域部分地区水污染依然严重。针对存在的问题提出了长江流域水资源保护的对策建议,以期为长江水资源保护工作提供决策依据。

Based on monthly bulletins and yearbooks from 1998 to 2008 and analysis on sewage discharge increment condition,we analyze the water quality and eutrophication variation of rivers and lakes,quality variation in water function zones and that in water sources areas for urban drinking water and development trend of water quality in Yangtze River Basin during the 11 years.The analysis results show that water pollution in partial areas of the basin is still serious.In view of the existed problems,the countermeasures for water resources protection in the basin are put forward to provide decision-making basis for the water resources protection in the Yangtze River Basin.
