长江流域水环境综合治理的技术支撑体系探讨

Discussion on technical support system for comprehensive water environment harnessing in Yangtze River Basin

长江水环境的好坏不仅制约着本流域经济社会的发展,也影响着全国的可持续发展,保护长江水资源是一个关系到长江及全国经济社会发展的重大战略问题。通过分析长江流域水环境现状和存在的主要问题,结合水环境综合治理的需求,阐述了构建长江流域水环境综合治理的科技支撑体系和应重点开展研究的关键科学技术问题,最后提出了流域水环境综合治理的若干措施和对策。

The water environment of the Yangtze River Basin not only restricts the social-economic development of the basin,but also affects the sustainable development of China.Therefore,the water resources protection is an important strategic issue of the social-economic development of the basin and the whole country.We analyze the status quo and the existing problems of water environment,combining with the demands of comprehensive water environment harnessing,describe the technical support system for comprehensive water environment harnessing of Yangtze River and the key technical issues to be studied,and put forward some countermeasures for comprehensive water environment harnessing of the basin.
