层次分析法在生态补偿机制研究中的应用

Application of analytic hierarchy process in study of ecological compensation mechanism

针对在生态补偿研究过程中,常出现受偿者或者受偿范围难以确定的问题,以丹江口水库库周为研究区域,利用层次分析法(AHP)筛选出主要生态系统受损对象,包括农业生态系统、森林生态系统、淡水生态系统、湿地生态系统和城市生态系统。确定各子生态系统的权重,并通过层次分析得到主要受损对象的具体受损情况。结果表明,丹江口水库库区生态补偿机制中,补偿客体主要是:农田生态系统、森林生态系统和草原生态系统。同时引入层次分析法实现了对某一区域可能受损对象的客观、定量甄别。

Aiming at the difficulty of deciding the compensated or its scope in the study of ecological compensation,we took the surrounding area of Danjiangkou Reservoir as study area and selected major damaged objects using analytic hierarchy process（AHP）,including agro-ecosystem,forest ecosystem,freshwater ecosystem,wetland ecosystem and city ecosystem.The weights of the above ecosystems were decided and the specific damage status of major damaged objects was obtained using AHP.The results show that in the ecological compensation mechanism of Danjiangkou Reservoir,compensation objects mainly are agro-ecosystem,forest ecosystem and grassland ecosystem.
