摘要
通过分析激光切割圆管的过程,指出了实际加工中存在的问题,并针对这些问题设计了一套新型的切割工装,在工作台上安装V型导轨,在导轨上放置一套微型的尾座,使得在切割过程中圆管不会发生变形也不会颤动。使用结果表明,该工装可以提高切割精度和生产效率。
Through analyzing the course of laser cutting tube, the problems in the actual processing were pointed out, and a new type of cutting tools were designed to aim at solving these problems. A V-rail was installed in the workbench and a mini-tailstock was placed on the V-rail that made tube no deformation and no vibration in the cutting process. The using results show that the workman-ship facility can improve cutting accuracy and productivity.
