摘要
针对相同轮廓、不同尺寸的回旋类零件,以手工编程为手段,利用宏程序,提出一种可适用于众多轮廓相同、尺寸不同零件的通用程序的编制方法,可提高数控车床的加工效率、降低生产成本。
Concerning with swing-type parts with same profiles and different sizes, a programming method was proposed by which general program fitting for many parts with same profiles and different sizes could be programmed. The method was based on the means of manual programming and macro program, Using this method, machining efficiency of NC lathe is enhanced and machining cost is decreased.
