摘要
剪切机构是QA35Y-30液压联合冲剪机的重要组成部分,它的工作性能直接影响整机的生产效率。以一次行程所剪切的宽度最大为目标函数,对剪切机构的几个关键部位进行分析,用MATLAB进行优化计算。结果表明:优化后的剪切机构一次剪切宽度可增大28.3%。在功率相同、结构简化、质量下降的情况下,QA35Y-30可剪切的最大方钢、圆钢、角钢等尺寸明显增加。
Sheafing mechanism is an important constituent part of QA35Y-30 hydraulic combined punching & sheafing machine. Its working performance has direct influences on productivity. Taking the maximum cutting width as the objective function, the key parts of sheafing mechanism were analyzed and they were optimized by MATLAB. The results show that the maximum cutting width of the optimized sheafing mechanism increases 28.3%. In the case with same power, simplified structure and declining weight, the maximum cutting width of square steel, round bar, angle steel, is remarkable increased.
