基于共词网络的我国中小企业管理研究现状与趋势分析

The Study of Domestic SMEs Management Research Structure & Trends——Based on Co-word Network Analysis

采用共词网络分析方法,对近10年国内中小企业管理的代表性研究进行文献计量分析,通过绘制知识图谱和知识网络图,可视化地分析展示中小企业管理领域的研究结构,并预测未来研究的发展趋势。研究结果表明:目前国内中小企业管理研究包括家族企业治理、企业内部管理、企业成长、技术创新与产业集群、企业融资与财务管理、企业创业管理、政府职能7个研究主题群,其中"企业成长"是最重要的研究主题;创新能力、融资、信息化和网络化等21个知识点是知识网络的连通点,是知识点融合、学科内创新发展的"桥";创新和学习、集群、社会网络等13个知识点的控制力和影响力较强,是未来研究的热点。

Based on co-word network analysis method,we analyses SMEs Management research papers which were published on the domestic core journals in the past 10 years in bibliometric methods.Through drawing Knowledge Map Network Diagram,we summarize these： Currently,the research focuses in this area generally can be divided into Family Business,Company Management,Enterprise Growth,Innovation Clusters,Corporate Finance Financial Management,Entrepreneurship,Government Roles,7 theme groups.Among them,Enterprise Growth located at the central position is the most important theme of the Area.Innovation ability,Financing,Informatization etc,21 nodes,connecting knowledge without direct relationships are critical factors to Discipline inner innovation.Innovation Learning,Cluster,Social Network etc,13 knowledge points are the critical nodes which restricts the development of SMEs Management theoretical system.They are the focuses of SMEs Management in the future.
