创业学习、动态能力与新创企业成长支持模式研究 被引量:24

Entrepreneurial Learning,Dynamic Capability and Growth Sustaining Model of New Venture

摘要 促进创业活动、实现新创企业的健康成长已成为当前学术界、业界和政府关注的焦点之一。剖析了新创企业成长适应与变革的特质,提出了基于创业学习和动态能力的新创企业成长支持模型,并阐释了三者之间的层次关系与作用机理。最后,通过实证分析验证了提出的机理模型,为新创企业以创业学习和动态能力为核心的成长策略提供了理论依据与经验证据。 Promotion of entrepreneurial activities and achievement of new venture growth healthy have become focusing activities by academic authors,industry and government.This paper analyzed the idiosyncrasy of new enterprises growth adaptability and changes,put forward a new venture growth supporting model based on entrepreneurial learning and dynamic capabilities,and explain the level relationships and mechanisms between them by further.Finally,proposed mechanism model was validated by empirical analysis,which provided theoretical basis and evidence for new venture growth by use of entrepreneurial learning and dynamic ability.
