Research on Procedure Motivation of Innovation and Corporation System Design

摘要 基于"人"与"环境"是构成组织创新力的最基本要素的理论认识,研究的范围聚焦于企业如何对创新进行激励并创造一个适合创新的氛围,进而从四个方面提出组织创新机制设计的建议。首先通过在创新激励及相关理论研究的基础上提出"PICP"创新的过程激励模型,在模型的基础上从创新的决策机制、沟通机制以及分配机制三个方面提出创新机制建设的建议,并在最后提出了我国当前创新激励研究存在的问题。 Based upon the understanding of ″People″ and ″Environment″ are the 2 basic factors in corporate innovation.This paper focuses on how to create a suitable environment to motivate innovation in a company.Based upon the motivation theories,this paper proposed the ″PICP(Personality-Intension-Conduct-Performance) Organizational Creativity motivation Model″,and give suggestions on how to motivate innovation from three aspects: decision making system,communication system and distribution system.Finally,this paper suggests some current problems in research of creative motivation.
