摘要
力矩管是高温超导电机中的一个重要部件,起着绝热、支撑转子及传递转矩等多项重要作用.由于超导线材工作在深低温环境,处于低温与常温之间的力矩管是高温超导电机的主要传导漏热源之一,它的漏热量直接影响了配套制冷机的制冷功率,进而影响到电机系统的总体效率.因此,进行力矩管的漏热分析尤显重要.文中应用测试仪对力矩管复合材料的导热系数进行了测试,对其漏热分别进行了理论计算、有限元分析及低温测试.漏热分析及试验结果表明:该力矩管方案满足高温超导电机总体性能要求,同时该计算方法同样适用于其他类似应用场合的力矩管设计.
As a pivotal part of HTS motor,torque tube take an important role in heat insulation,bear the weight of rotor and transfer torque.For the superconducting material operates in deep low temperature,the torque tube is one of the main sources of conducting thermal leakage,the quantity of thermal leakage has an effect on the refrigeration efficiency of cryocooler and the total efficiency of HTS motor.So it is important to consider the thermal leakage of torque tube,firstly the conductivity of composite was gained by testing instrument in this paper.Secondly,based on the theoretical calculation,FEA and low temperature test,thermal Leakage of torque tube was calculated.The result proved that the structure of the torque tube satisfied the HTS motor performance,and this analysis method was also applicable for other similar design of torque tube.
