新疆维吾尔族、汉族人群TIM-3启动子区rs10053538与过敏性鼻炎的相关性 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨新疆维吾尔族、汉族TIM-3基因的单核苷酸多态性位点rs10053538的多态性及其与过敏性鼻炎的关系。方法采用SNaPshot SNP分型技术检测新疆地区维、汉族正常及过敏性鼻炎各150例TIM-3启动子区rs10053538的单核苷酸多态性,计算基因型和等位基因频率。结果新疆地区维吾尔族、汉族正常人群TIM-3基因启动子区rs10053538位点基因型及其频率TT、TG、GG分别为0.86、0.13、0.01及0.89、0.1、0.01,过敏性鼻炎组的频率分别为0.86、0.14、0及0.87、0.13、0,其基因型和等位基因频率均与对照组差异无统计学意义(P值>0.05)。结论新疆维吾尔族、汉族人群TIM-3基因启动子区rs10053538与过敏性鼻炎之间不存在相关性。 Objective To analyze a single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs) rs10053538 in TIM-3(T-cell immunoglobulin domain and mucin domain protein-3)gene promoter region and evaluate the association between rs10053538 and allergic rhinitis susceptibility in the population of Uygurs and Hans in Xinjiang.Methods The single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs) rs10053538 in TIM-3 polymorphism were detected by SNaPshot SNP.The genotype and alleles frequencies were calculated and analyzed.Results The genotype frequencies of TT,TG and GG in rs10053538 polymorphism were0.86,0.13,0.01 and 0.89,0.1,0.01 respectively in the healthy Uygurs and Hans population,0.86,0.14,0 and 0.87,0.13,0,respectively in the allergic rhinitis Uygurs and Hans population.No significant difference in genotype and alleles frequencies were found between the allergic rhinitis patients and control subjects(P0.05).Conclusion SNPs rs10053538 in TIM-3 gene might not be associated with allergic rhinitis susceptibility in the population of Uygurs and Hans in Xinjiang.
