摘要
目的观察耳蜗结构,实施蜗内手术干预。方法采用0.45mm直径微窥镜,观察动物和耳蜗植入者的内耳结构,采用半导体微激光对内耳病变进行干预。结果实验结果表明耳蜗微窥镜插入后内耳无结构损伤,ABR阈值短暂变化,2周后基本恢复。对耳蜗植入者临床应用微窥镜可诊断蜗内病变。微激光干预后可重建鼓阶,顺利植入人工耳蜗电极极阵。结论耳蜗微窥镜临床使用安全,结合微激光可对内耳疾病进行干预。
Objective To observe the inner ear the
structures for possible surgical intervention. Methods Microendoscope of 0.45mm diameter
was aplied to observe inner ear structures of animals and cochlea implanted patients and
surgical intervention was performed using semiconductive laser.Results No damage to inner
ear structures was found after intrusion of cochlear microendoscope, but there was transient
ABR threshold changes in animal experimentation which recovered two weeks later. Cochlea
microendoscope can diagnose pathologic cochlear changes. With laser intervention, scala
tympani could be enlarged to allow smooth implantation of electrode array of artificial
cochlea.Conclusions Cochlea microendoscope can be safely used with the aid of microlaser for
surgical intervention of inner ear disease.
