摘要
针对单一材质锤头难以同时满足韧性好和硬度高的性能要求及双金属复合锤头在实际生产中易产生铸造缺陷和生产工艺复杂等问题,通过合理匹配化学成分、优化铸造工艺参数及制定合理的热处理工艺,研制出一种硬度和韧性呈梯度变化的大型多元低合金铸钢耐磨锤头。结果表明:该锤头打击部位硬而不脆,安装部位韧而坚,中间连接部位性能良好,且使用过程中不断裂,寿命比普通高锰钢(ZGMn13Cr2)+堆焊锤头提高1倍以上。
In practical production,the hammerhead with single material can not satisfy the requirement of high hardness and high toughness at one time,and for the double-metal hammerhead,casting defects easily occur and the production process is very complex.To solve these problems,the large low alloy steel wear-resistant hammerhead with gradient properties(hardness and toughness)was developed by adjusting the chemical composition,optimizating the casting process parameters and heat treatment process.The results show that the hammerhead is in good conditions for the striking part is hard enough and not brittle,the installation part is tough and hard,and the performance of the middle joints is well.The service life of the hammerhead is one times longer than that of the high manganese steel(ZGMn13Cr2)by deposit welding.
