风-燃气混合发电对孤立电网动态特性的影响

摘要 将风力发电接入孤立电网可降低发电成本,但风电的不稳定性却使孤立电网的动态特性受到极大影响。分析了并网运行下燃气轮同步电机的动态特性,给出了带有全功率变换器的永磁同步发电系统的模型和并网特性。此处以国内第一座海上风电站为研究背景,建立了该孤网的PSCAD/EMTDC仿真模型。仿真结果表明,在一定容限的风机并网和风机全功率脱网,以及风速快速波动的情况下,孤立电网均可正常运行。 The isolated grid connected with the wind power can reduce the grid operation cost, but the dynamic characteristie of the isolated power system grid is greatly affected by the instability characteristics of the wind power.Dynamic characteristics of gas turbine synchronous generators connected with grid are analyzed, and the system model and characteristics of permanent magnet synchronous with full power converter are presented.With the background of the first wind power station on the offshore platforms in China, PSCAD/EMTDC simulation model of the isolated grid is established.From the simulation results, the isolated grid can be operated normally within a certain limited capacity of the wind power cut-in grid, full power cut-off network, and the rapid fluctuations of wind speed.
