摘要 变频空调室外机控制系统作为空调系统的核心单元要求具有低成本、高性能、高效率、高可靠性的特点。分析了功率因数校正(PFC)和无位置传感器永磁同步电机(PMSM)的控制原理,提出一种应用于变频空调的无传感器PMSM驱动控制系统,该系统由一个包含PFC的整流环节和一个三相逆变环节组成。系统采用假定旋转坐标系法实现了电机转子转速和位置的估算,同时采用单周期PFC技术实现了系统输入谐波电流抑制和直流母线电压控制。该系统在G-MatrikⅡ控制芯片上予以实现,实验结果验证了其有效性和可行性。 Outdoor control system as the core unit in air-conditioning requirements of low cost, high performance, high effficiency,and high reliability characteristics.The paper analyzes PFC and sensorless permanent magnet synchronous motor control theory, a sensorless PMSM drive system for inverter air-conditioner applications is presented.The drive system consists of a PFC rectifier and a three phase inverter.The speed and position of rotor are estimated by means of hypothetical rotate frame strategy and the input harmonic current and DC-hus voltage are controlled by one cycle control PFC technique used in the system.The system is implemented on the basis of G-Matrik II IC, and the validity and feasibility of the system are verified by the experiment results.
