摘要
近年来,国内固态刚管调制器凭借其显著优势得到了广泛应用,但用于高压高重复频率场合的固态调制器还未见报道。由于刚管调制器为硬开关,在高压高重复频率下存在较严重的损耗。此处介绍了一种脉冲电压80 kV,重复频率高达8 kHz的固态刚管调制器研制过程,着重介绍了研制过程中遇到的问题,分析了采用固体灌封方式存在的缺点,提出采用油箱结构及通过油循环散热的调制器方案,通过试验验证了该方案能满足指标要求。
In recent years,the domestic solid-state hard tube modulator is widely used by its obvious advantages, but which used in high voltage and high repetition rate situation are not reported.There is more serious loss in the hard tube modulator applied in high voltage and high repetition rate situation becase the hard tube modulator as hard switching.The development process of the solid-state modulator that the pulse voltage is 80 kV and the repetition rate reached 8 kHz are presented, and also the problems encountering in the development process is emphatically intro- duced.The disadvantages of the solid encapsulation mode are indicated, and the scheme by adopting fuel tank and using oil circulation for heat dissipation are proposed, the experimental results indicate this scheme can satisfy the performance requirement.
