摘要
随着电力电子技术的发展,直流变压器得到了越来越多的关注。为了实现低压功率器件在高压电能变换中的应用,以全桥直流变压器为基本功率模块构成了输入串联输出并联I(SOP)的直流变压器。为了避免最大占空比控制时,由于每个模块参数不一致性造成各模块输入不均压,在此给出了带偏置电压的输入电压闭环控制策略。理论分析和实验结果均表明I,SOP直流变压器能够获得较好的输入均压效果。
With the development of power electronic technology,DC/DC transformer is focused on in resent years.For realizing low voltage power devices to be used in high voltage conditions, the input series-output parallel (ISOP)DC/ DC transformer based on full-bridge topology model is introduced.For the sake of avoiding input-voltage not sharing under maximum duty ratio of each full-bridge model, the feedback control method of input voltage based on biased voltage is proposed.The analysis and experimental results are presented to verify the theoretic analyses.
