摘要
通过对12年生马尾松人工林进行不同肥种及肥量的施肥试验,研究马尾松林木根际土壤环境对不同元素的响应特征。表明根际土壤营养元素含量增加而pH值下降,土壤酶活性中根际土壤中蔗糖酶、淀粉酶、脲酶及碱性磷酸酶活性高于非根际土壤,而过氧化氢酶及多酚氧化酶活性则正好相反,根际土酶活性较低。经分析,施肥对土壤养分含量和土壤酶活性的影响不显著(p>0.05)。
This article describes a fertilization experiment related to Pinus massoniana in different fertilizer types and different fertilizing amount, and researches root environment of Pinus massoniana, rhizosphere soil environment, soil enzymes, microbes, and different fertilizer rhizosphere of forest environment. The Forestry College of Guizhou University provides experimental setting plots which is 12 years old Pinus massoniana forest and makes the fertilization experiment work. Through shaking off the drilled soil, we obtain rhizosphere soil and non-rhizosphere soil for analysis, use soil drilling method to choose roots and analyses the test. From the analysis, the influence of fertilization is not significant related to the soil nutrient content and soil enzyme activities(p 〉0.05 ).
