复方玄驹胶囊联合克罗米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征临床观察

Combination of compound Xuanju capsule and clomifene in the treatment of infertility caused by polycystic ovary syndrome

目的观察复方玄驹胶囊联合克罗米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)不孕的临床疗效。方法复方玄驹胶囊联合克罗米芬治疗PCOS所致不孕(属肾阳虚型)患者30例,与单用克罗米芬促排卵治疗PCOS所致不孕(属肾阳虚型)30例对照。结果试验组在改善肾阳虚方面优于对照组,促进排卵和妊娠方面,试验组略高于对照组,但两组差异无显著意义。结论复方玄驹胶囊联合克罗米芬治疗肾阳虚型多囊卵巢综合征不孕效果优于单用克罗米芬治疗。

Objective To explore the curative effect of combination of compound Xuanju capsule and clomifene for infertility caused by polycystic ovary syndrome（PCOS）.Methods 30 cases with PCOS infertility with Shenyang deficiency were treated with compound Xuanju capsule combined clomifene,and another 30 cases with clomifene only as control.Results The curative effect of the test group is better than that of the control group in improving Shenyang deficiency.The curative effect of the test group is little better than that of the control group in promoting ovulation and pregnancy rate,but the difference between the two groups was not significant.Conclusion The integrative medicine has a good effect for PCOS infertility.
