摘要
目的探讨Tim技术在MRI全脊柱扫描中的临床应用价值及扫描方法。方法对592例疑有颈、胸、腰椎疾病的患者,应用Tim技术行MRI全脊柱扫描,分别先行各部位脊柱的矢状位(必要时冠状位)的扫描,然后应用Composing(合成)软件对图像进行拼接,完成全脊柱全程图像。结果 592例均获得直观、准确地显示全部椎管内脊髓及椎体结构的连续图像。结论 Tim技术MRI全脊柱扫描可以全面地观察脊髓及脊柱多发性疾病,很好显示病灶的部位、数目及邻近组织、结构侵犯的范围和程度,提高了病变定位诊断的准确性,有利于手术及治疗方案的制定。
Objective To investigate the value of Tim technique in the whole spinal MR imaging.Methods The whole spinal MR imaging was performed in 592 patients suspicion of spinal diseases using Tim technique,and the imaging was obtained by putting sagital and coronal imaging together using composing software.Results The whole sagital or coronal spinal imaging were obtained in all 592 patients to show vertebral body and lesions in continued and perspective model.Conclusion Whole spinal MR imaging using Tim technique can visualize the whole vertebral bodies in one profile,which is convenient to determine the localization of lesions,the relation to the normal tissue and structure around the lesions,and can help to choose treatment modality.
