白内障超声乳化吸除术患者的围术期护理

Perioperative nursing of cataract patients with phacoemulsification

目的探讨白内障超声乳化吸除术患者的围术期护理情况。方法选择我院2008年3月至2010年2月收治的白内障患者92例,遵照知情同意原则随机分为两组,对照组45例采用常规围术期护理,观察组47例在对照组的基础上加强健康教育和心理护理,比较分析两组的疗效及并发症发生情况。结果观察组的总有效率略高于对照组,但组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组的并发症明显少于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对白内障超声乳化吸除术患者在常规围术期护理的基础上加强健康教育和心理护理,疗效满意且不良反应少,有利于患者的康复,值得临床关注。

Objective To compare the perioperative nursing situation of cataract patients with phacoemulsification.Methods From March 2008 to February 2010,92 cataract patients were selected and randomly divided into two groups in accordance with the principle of informed consent,45 patients in control group with conventional perioperative nursing,47 patients in observation group strengthened health education and psychological nursing on the basis of control group,the efficacy and occurrence of complications for two group were compared and analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was slightly higher than that in the control group,but with no significant difference;the complications of observation group was significantly less than that the control group,the difference was statistically significant between two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion In cataract patients with phacoemulsification,strengthen health education and psychological nursing on the basis of conventional perioperative nursing have satisfaction efficacy and less adverse effects,are conducive to the rehabilitation of patients and worthy of attention.
