综放工作面采空区注氮防灭火技术工艺研究

Study on Fire Extinguish with Nitrogen Injection Techniques in Abandoned Area

综放开采在煤矿中得到广泛应用,但在实际生产中容易出现采空区煤层自燃问题。针对这一实际难题,采取注氮防灭火技术,可以有效地防治采空区自然发火,本文介绍了注氮防灭火原理、注氮工艺及注氮管理与安全注意事项,从而对实际工作起到一定的指导作用。

Fully mechanized working is widely used in mines, but spontaneous combustion occurs easily in abandoned stopes in the practice. The fire extinguish technique with nitrogen injection can effectively prevent the spontaneous combustion in the abandoned areas. The paper introduces the theory, management and safety measures of the technique, which could guide the practice.
