摘要
针对焦化厂焦炉生产效率低、环境污染严重的问题,对系统进行改造,实现计算机自动控制、高能放散点火及变频调速控制。详细阐述了集气管压力的计算机自动调节、焦炉荒煤气自动放散点火及鼓风机变频控制系统的硬件组成和软件说明。
Due to low-efficient coke ovens and serious environment pollution of coke plants, the old system is reformed to realize computer automatic control, high-energy igniting of bleeding system, and vari- able-frequency-variable-speed control. The paper presents computer control of gas collector pressure, auto-igniting of impure coal gas, and hardware and software of frequency conversion control system of air fan.
