杂粕型饲粮添加复合酶制剂对樱桃谷肉鸭生产性能、消化酶活性及血清生化指标的影响 被引量:9

摘要 本试验旨在研究杂粕型饲粮添加不同复合酶制剂对樱桃谷肉鸭生产性能、消化酶活性及血清生化指标的影响。264只健康1日龄樱桃谷肉鸭随机分为3个处理,每个处理4个重复,每个重复22只鸭。1组饲喂玉米-杂粕型基础饲粮,2组在基础饲粮中添加酶1(由聚糖酶、甘露聚糖酶、葡聚糖酶组成)100 mg/kg,3组在基础饲粮中添加酶2(由聚糖酶、甘露聚糖酶、葡聚糖酶、纤维素酶组成)100 mg/kg。试验分为前期(1~14 d)和后期(15~42 d)2个阶段。结果表明:1)前期料重比3组〈2组〈1组,组间差异极显著(P〈0.01);2)与1组相比,14 d时2组肉鸭胰淀粉酶活性显著降低(P〈0.05),42 d时2组、3组肉鸭胰蛋白酶活性极显著提高(P〈0.01),胰淀粉酶活性极显著降低(P〈0.01);3)14 d时,3组肉鸭血清三碘甲腺原氨酸含量显著高于1组、2组(P〈0.05);2组血清甲状腺素含量极显著低于1组、3组(P〈0.01);2组、3组血清中生长激素含量显著低于1组(P〈0.05);2组(P〈0.05)、3组(P〈0.01)血清谷丙转氨酶活性显著高于1组,3组极显著高于2组(P〈0.01);42 d时,与1组、2组相比,3组肉鸭血清甲状腺素含量极显著提高(P〈0.01),血糖含量显著降低(P〈0.05);与1组相比较,3组血清中尿酸含量显著降低(P〈0.05)。结果提示,杂粕型饲粮添加复合酶制剂可有效提高肉鸭生产性能,对肉鸭消化酶活性及血清生化指标有一定程度的影响,且酶2效果优于酶1。 The study was conducted to investigate the effects of different compound enzyme preparations on performance,digestive enzyme activities and serum biochemical indices in cherry valley ducks fed miscellaneous meal diets.Tow hundred and sixty-four healthy cherry valley ducks of 1-day-old were randomly divided into 3 treatments with 4 replicates in each treatment and twenty-two ducks in each replicate.Ducks in group 1 were fed basal diet containing corn and various protein meals,while those in group 2 were fed basal diet supplemented with enzymes 1(compound of dextranase,mannose and glucanase) at 100 mg/kg,and those in group 2 were fed basal diet supplemented with enzymes 2(compound of dextranase,mannose,glucanase and cellulose) at 100 mg/kg.Experimental periods consisted of prophase(1 to 14 d) and anaphase(15 to 42 d).The results showed as follows: 1) ratio of feed to gain in prophase was group 3group 2group 1(P0.01);2) compared with group 1,amylopsin activity of group 2 was significantly decreased at 14 d(P0.05),and amylopsin activity in group 2 and 3 was significantly increased at 42 d(P0.01),while trypsinase activity was significantly decreased at 42 d(P0.01);3) serum T3 content in group 3 was significantly higher than that in group 1 and 2(P0.05),T4 content in group 2 was significantly lower than that in group 1 and 3(P0.01),and growth hormone content in group 2 and 3 was significantly lower than that in group 1(P0.05);serum glutamic pyruvic transaminase activity in group 2(P0.05) and 3(P0.01) was significantly higher than that in group 1,and glutamic pyruvic transaminase in group 3 was significantly higher than that in group 2(P0.01);compared with group 1 and 2,serum T4 content in group 3 was significantly increased(P0.01),while serum glucose content was significantly decreased at 42 d(P0.05);compared with group 1,uric acid content in serum in group 3 was significantly decreased at 42 d(P0.05).The results suggest that the compound enzyme preparations can effectively improve the performance and affect the digestive enzyme activities and serum biochemical indices in ducks fed miscellaneous meal diets.Enzyme 2 is more effective than enzyme 1.
