摘要
目的探讨死亡艾滋病(AIDS)患者的流行病学和临床特点。方法收集21例死亡AIDS患者的临床资料,并从流行病学、临床表现、实验室检查等几方面进行回顾性分析。结果患者男性多于女性,血液传播与性传播均等,未发现母婴传播感染者。多数患者明确诊断时既已晚期,临床表现复杂多样,所有患者均出现机会性感染,其中大部分CD4+T淋巴细胞计数<50个/μl。多数患者死亡原因为呼吸衰竭。结论晚期艾滋病患者病死率极高,早期诊断和适时治疗对提高艾滋病患者的生存质量和生存率至关重要。
Objective To investigate epidemiological and clinical characteristics of death of AIDS patients.Methods The data of 21 cases of AIDS death were analyzed retrospectively based on epidemiology,clinical manifestations,laboratory examination and other indicators.Results The cases were higher in male patients than in female with blood-borne and sexually transmitted parity.Most patients was diagnosed in later period and all patients suffered from opportunistic infections,most of which CD4 ＋ T lymphocyte count less 50 / μl.Most death was caused by respiratory failure.Conclusion The mortality of the patients is high.It is essential for the patients to get early diagnosis and timely treatment to improve quality of life.
