摘要
在煤矸石制砖过程中,砖坯在隧道窑冷却带携有大量高温能量,提出在隧道窑冷却带安装余热锅炉要考虑的问题,锅炉辅助设备的选择参数,如何解决原生产工艺的不足,从而增加了矸石砖的产量。同时介绍了项目产出高温高压蒸汽后的利用情况。
This paper introduces coal gangue brick making process,tile in tunnel kiln cooling belt with lots of high temperature,the paper puts forward the tunnel kiln energy cooling with installation waste heat boiler to consider,boiler auxiliary equipment choice parameters also how to solve the shortage of production process,thus increasing the gangue brick production.This paper introduces project output of high temperature and high pressure steam after using.
