摘要
启动元件是构成现代微机保护装置的一部分,提高启动元件的动作可靠性和快速性,有利于提高系统的暂态稳定性。介绍了RCS-931超高压输电线路保护启动元件基本情况,从某500 kV变电站一次保护装置光纤纵差误动探讨了装置技术说明书中未阐明的一种启动元件"内部远跳",强调了启动元件对于微机保护的重要性。最后,提出了避免出现此种误动的措施。
The start-up components are a part of the modern microcomputer protection device.Enhancing its reliability and rapidity is benefit for improving the system transient stability.The basic conditions about start-up components of RCS-931 for the extra high voltage(EHV) transmission line are introduced.A start-up component called the internal long jump which is not introduced in the technical specification is studied in a malfunction of fiber-optical longitudinal differential protection in a 500 kV substation.The importance of the start-up components for the microcomputer protection is stressed.At last,the measures to avoid such malfunctions are proposed.
