摘要
探讨了六氟化硫回收回充净化处理存在的一些问题,介绍了四川省电力公司六氟化硫回收回充净化处理系统在保证回收率、提高回收回充速度、防污染及空气分离、气体净化等方面的优势。
The problems existing in SF6 gas recycling,reuse and purifying are discussed.The advantages of SF6 recycling,reuse and purifying system in Sichuan Electric Power Corporation are briefly introduced,which can guarantee the recycling rate,the efficiency of recycling,the reuse process,air protection,gas separation,gas purifying and so on.
