铁塔主材更换装置的设计应用

摘要 随着输电线路的发展建设以及输电线路所处地质、地形条件越来越复杂,难免遇到山体垮塌、地震等自然灾害或人为破坏造成铁塔受损,需要更换铁塔主材。四川电力送变电建设公司依托500 kV九石线抢险工程,成功设计应用了铁塔主材更换装置。该装置具有额定承载能力大、结构简单、单件重量轻、方便运输和使用、数字化系统受力监控、安全可靠等特点。 As the development of transmission line construction as well as more and more complexity of the geological and geographical conditions near the lines,the steel tower becomes slant or inclined,which is inevitably caused by human destruction or natural disasters such as mountain sliding and earthquake etc.,so it needs to be straightened.Sichuan Electrical Power Transmission Transformation Construction Company has successfully designed a hydraulic straightening system for straightening the steel towers according to the emergency construction project of 500 kV Jiushi transmission line.This system has a large rated load-carrying capacity and simple structure,its single component is light and is convenient for transportation and usage,and it can monitor the stresses of digital system with safety and reliability.
