摘要
目的:观察白血病和骨髓瘤患者血清免疫抑制酸性蛋白(IAP),可溶性白介素2受体(slL2R)和免疫球蛋白亚类的变化。方法:应用单向免疫扩散法检测了患者血清免疫抑制酸性蛋白和lgA亚类含量;双抗夹心酶联免疫吸附法检测了slL2R和IgG亚类含量。结果:MM、ALL、ANLL、CLL和CML患者血清IAP含量均明显高于正常对照组(P<0001)。MM、ALL、ANLL和CML加速期患者血清sIL2R含量明显高于正常;CLL,CML慢性期未见异常。ALL患者IgA、IgAl、IgA2、IgG、和IgG1含量均明显低于正常人;而ANLL、CLL、CML未见明显异常。结论:IAP和sIL2R可作为恶性血液病诊断、疗效的监测指标,结合IgA和IgG及其亚类可作为综合评价免疫功能状态的指标。
Objective: To observe the
changes of the serum levels of immunosupressive acidic protein(IAP), soluble interleukin2
receptor(sIL2R) and immunoglobulin (Ig) subclasses in patients with leukemia and mutiple
myeloma(MM).ZMethods: The serum levels of IAP, sIL2R and Ig subclasses were measured in
65 cases of patients by using radioimmunodiffusion and enzymelinked immunoabsorbent
assay(ELISA) Results: The serum levels of IAP and sIL2R in most patients with MM, acute
lymphocytic leukemia(ALL), acute nonlymphocytic leukemia(ANLL), chronic lymphocytic
leukemia(CLL),and chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML) were significantly higher than those of
normal values.The serum levels of IgA and its subclasses,IgG and IgG1 in ALL patients were
significantly lower than those of normal control(P< 005) Conclusion: The serum levels of IAP
and sIL2R may be useful as clinical parameters for monitoring the disease stage, and response
to treatment.With detecting to levels of IgA,IgG and their subclasses, the changes of IAP and
sIL2R may be served as indicators to observe the condition of immune function of the patients.
