摘要
为突破单个固态功率器件在微波毫米波频段功率输出能力较低的限制,我们根据径向波导中主模TM00波电磁场的轴向对称性,提出了径向波导空间功率合成技术。并利用HFSS(高频电磁场仿真软件)和ADS(高级设计系统)软件,研制出了一款32路X波段径向波导空间功率合成系统。仿真和实验证明,从8.6GHz至12.3GHz,这种径向波导无源空间功率合成系统的插入损耗小于1dB,反射损耗小于-15dB,合成效率大于80%。
A radial waveguide spatial power combining technology is proposed to break through the low output power of single solid state device in the microwave and millimeter-wave bands,in terms of the axial symmetry of the dominant mode TM00 in the radial waveguide.A 32-way spatial power combining system with radial waveguide in X-band frequency is fabricated by the simulation of HFSS(high frequency structure simulator) and ADS(advanced design system) in the paper.Its insertion loss is below 1dB,reflection loss is below-15dB and combining efficiency is above 80% from 8.6 to 12.3GHz.
