摘要
提出了一种新型对偶复合左右手传输线(Dual Composite Right/Left-handed Transmission Line,D-CRLHTL)结构,该结构单元由T型缺陷地(T-shaped defected ground structure,T-DGS)结构以及矩形贴片短截线组成,基于对传输线单元结构传输特性的全波仿真分析,设计了一款带阻滤波器。由于利用了基于T-DGS的D-CRLH传输线,该带阻滤波器具有较小的尺寸和更加陡峭的边沿特性。实验结果和仿真设计结果吻合较好:阻带中心频率为4.15GHz,插入损耗为30dB,3dB带宽为1.9GHz,20dB带宽为1.55GHz。
A novel dual composite right/left-handed(D-CRLH) transmission line is proposed,in which unit cell is composed with a T-shaped DGS(T-DGS) and a stub with rectangular patch.Based on the transmission characteristics of the D-CRLH unit cell analyzed using full-wave simulation,a bandstop filter is designed which has the compact size and the sharp transitions at the two edges of the stop-band due to the D-CRLH TL with T-shaped DGS.The measured data for the fabricated filter show a good agreement with those using transmission line theory and EM simulations.The presented filter has a bandstop center frequency 4.15GHz.The 3dB bandwidth is 1.9GHz and 20dB bandwidth is 1.55GHz.
