摘要
为实现瞬态脉冲电磁场的时域测试,研制了一种基于场效应管加载的光纤传输式电场传感器。根据电场传感器的等效电路模型及其实尺仿真模型,分析了接收天线的负载阻抗及其长度等参数变化对传感器测试性能的影响,为传感器设计中的参数选择提供了参考。在此基础上,利用自行研制的电场传感器分别对核电磁脉冲场和雷电电磁脉冲场进行了实测,结果表明:传感器的高、低频响应能力均较好,基本可以满足测试瞬态电磁脉冲场的需要,验证了传感器设计的可行性。
A fiber-optical E-field sensor was developed for transient electromagnetic field measurement.On the basis of antenna equivalent circuit and the sensor's full scale simulation model,the measurement performance of the E-field sensor with different parameters,such as load impedances and antenna length,were analyzed respectively in frequency domain and time domain.The results indicated that,the low frequency characteristics of the sensor were influenced by the load impedance while the high frequency characteristics of the sensor were influenced by the antenna length.The E-field sensor with FET(Field Effect Transistor) loaded was test with NEMP and LEMP simulation equipments,and the results showed that the E-field sensor has good performance both in high frequency and low frequency,which indicated that it can meet most EMP test in the real experiment.
