试论高校学习型党组织建设的“三优”境界和水准

On Three Optimization State and Level of Learning Style Party Construction in the University

学校是一种组织,彼得·圣吉的学习型组织理论也必然适用于学校党组织。学习型党组织比之于一般学习型组织建设,在理论上要求更严密、更系统、更科学、更具引导性和垂范性。文章着手从党组织的特点和特色以及在学校所处的地位入手,阐明"优化建设"理念历史与现实的意义,分析"优势发挥"所具备的五种比较优势,强调"优质提升"所体现出的五种境界,力图从多角度阐述把握学习型党组织建设的新规律、展示学习型党组织建设的新境界、提升学习型党组织建设的新水准。

School is an organization and Peter M.Senge＇s learning style organization theory also applies to the school party.Compared with others,learning style party organization requires more rigorous,systematic and scientific and offers an example in theory.This paper firstly analyses party features and its status in the school,discusses history philosophy and significance of optimal construction,analyses five comparative advantages and five states,grasps the new rule from different perspectives,shows its new state and promotes the learning style party organization to a higher level.
