脂肪肝超声诊断与胆囊结石的相关性分析

Ultrasound diagnosis of fatty liver associated with the analysis of gallstone

目的:分析研究脂肪肝与胆囊结石的相互关系。方法:超声检查3459名到本院体检中心的事业单位人员,按脂肪肝及结石的诊断标准检查其发病情况并进行研究分析。结果:受检的3459名人员中,脂肪肝患病率为26.63%,胆囊结石患病率为8.44%,脂肪肝男性患病率明显高于女性(P<0.01)。根据超声检查结果将受检者分为脂肪肝组和非脂肪肝组,两组的胆囊结石患病率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:脂肪肝与胆囊结石的发生有密切关系,对脂肪肝的防治可降低胆囊结石的发病率。超声检查安全可靠、简便易行、可重复检查,是脂肪肝及胆囊结石的最佳检查方法。

Objective： Analysis the relationship between fatty liver and gallstone. Method： 3459 people from institutions were examined by Ultrasound. Research and analysis the incidence of fatty liver and In accordance with the diagnosis criterion. Results： The morbidity of fatty liver in people is 26.63 %. The morbidity of gallstone in people is 4.80 % The morbidity of fatty liver in men is more than women （ P 〈 0.01 ）. According to ultrasound results , people were divided into non - fatty liver group and fatty liver group, the prevalence of gallstones in two groups was statistically significant difference （ P 〈 0. 001 ）. Conclusion： Fatty liver is closely related with the occurrence of gallstane,prevent and treat fatty liver can reduce the incidence of gallstone. Ultrasound is safe, reliable, sinpie, repeable. It is the best method to check fatty liver and gallstone .
