摘要
目的:调查规范化培训护士培训结束后评判性思维特征,为改进规范化教学提供资料。方法:使用评判性思维态度倾向性调查表-中文版本对我院130名规范化培训护士进行问卷调查。结果:规范化培训护士评判性思维得分偏低(242.14±20.70)。在系统能力和求知欲方面,不同学历间有差异(F=4.192,P=0.02;F=3.25,P=0.04),进一步两两比较,发现在系统能力方面本科得分低于大专(F=0.40,P<0.01)和中专(F=0.40,P<0.01),大专与中专相比没有差异;在求知欲方面,本科得分低于大专(F=3.96,P<0.01)。结论:规范化培训护十总体没有正性评判性思维,提示我们在设置培训内容中,应该加强评判性思维的培养,还应该加强对本科生学习积极性的提升。
Objective: TO investigate the characteristics of critical thinking in standardized training nurses, so as to improve standardized training ( by providing infommtion) .Metbeds 1'he Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory- Chinese Version( CTDI- CV) was used by the way of questionnaire on 130 nurses who participated in the standardized training program. Results:The scores of the standardized training nurses on critical thinking was low( 242.14 ±20.70). There were differences on the system analysis ability and the aspiration to knowledge among different education background ( F = 4.19, p = 0.02 ; F = 3.25, p = 0.04 ). Further pairwise comparison, the mean score of university graduates on the system analysis ability was lower than that of college students( F =0. 40, P = 0.01 )and that of secondary specialized school student( F = 0.40, P 〈 0.01), while no difference was found between college students and secondary specialized school student. The mean score of university graduates on aspiration to knowledge was lower than that of college students (F = 3.96, P 〈 0.01 ) . Conclusion: No positive critical thinking was found in the standardized training nurses, which suggests that cultivating critical thinking and promoting initiative of university graduates in the standardized training program should be enhanced.
