摘要
根据ZnO压敏陶瓷在2 ms方波冲击中出现的本体击穿现象,分析了不同组分、不同有机添加剂、排胶、预烧和烧结工艺对ZnO压敏陶瓷内部结构的影响。得出:不同的组分应采用相匹配的有机体系;有机添加剂应使造粒后的颗粒具有高的堆积密度和适当的破碎强度,以减少成型坯体的原始气孔;应有合理的预烧和烧结工艺来避免空气夹层。
According to the breakdown phenomenon inside the ZnO varistor under 2 ms rectangle wave impulse, the effects of the different composite, different organic, pre-sinter and sinter on ZnO varistor internal structure are analyzed. It is obtained that: the matched organic system should be adopted on different formula, the powder after granulating should have appropriate crushing strength and high bulk density through adding organic addition agent, to decrease original pore in the ZnO varistor; there should be a reasonable pre-sinter and sinter process to avoid air interlayer.
