Venture capital is known as the ＂incubator＂in fostering new industries and to promote the innovation. This article analyzes the status-quo of venture capital, existing problems and the current favorable conditions for the development of venture capital in Zhejiang, according to which proposes several suggestions to accelerate the development of venture capital.
