Making Breakthroughs in Undergraduate Education with Creative Application of New Education Conception

摘要 全国教育工作会议的召开与《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》的发布,为我国教育工作实现由转变理念到开展行动的跨越提供了强大的动力和政策保障。高等教育特别是本科教育,应该积极行动起来,通过盘活现代教育理念,在更高层次上形成新的教学观;通过改革本科人才培养模式、教学质量评价体系以及创新管理制度,实现本科教学质量的新突破。 Impetus and policy and measure guarantee have been provided by the newly-convened National Education Conference and the promulgation of Outline of China's National Plan for Medium and Long-term Education Reform and Development(2010-2020)for translating our educational ideology into actions in the educational endeavors of our country.Initiatives should be taken in our tertiary education especially in the undergraduate program to innovatively apply the modern education philosophy,scaffold new teaching conceptions on higher platform,revise the undergraduate talents training mode and teaching quality appraisal system,reform the management,and finally make breakthroughs in the undergraduate teaching quality.
