Latex agglutination test for detection V.cholerae serotype O1

为建立一种快速、简便的Ｏ１群霍乱弧菌检测方法，用抗Ｏ１群霍乱弧菌多价单克隆抗体致敏胶乳，建立起胶乳凝集试验（ＬＡＴ），检测粪便标本６ｈ培养物中的霍乱弧菌。ＬＡＴ检测的敏感性为５×１０５ＣＦＵ／ｍｌ，检测过程小于５ｍｉｎ。在９２例临床标本中，４４例培养阳性者ＬＡＴ法均阳性，４８例培养阴性者中，有１例假阳性。

To develope a simple and rapid method for detecting V.cholerae O1,latex partices were sensitived with anti V.cholerae O1 monoclonal antibodies,and a latex agglutination test(LAT)detcting V.cholerae O1 in 6 h fecal enrichmen cultures was developed.The detection limit of LAT was 5×10 5 CFU/ml,and detect time was less than 5 min.OF 92 faecal sample from clinically suspected cases of cholera,44 were identified as V.cholerae O1 by culture methods and also gave positive results in the LAT;48 were negative by culture methods but 1 gave false positive in the LAT.This false positive one can be identified by the microsopy.
