做好高等教育质量和公平大文章的五个“每”字被引量：2

摘要质量和公平是《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020)》提出的"核心任务"和"基本教育政策"。要做好质量和公平这篇大文章,需要我们在高等教育实际工作中实现一个重大转变,就是推动高等教育由点到面,由重点到一般发展,向办好每一所学校,教好每一个学生发展。由"每"字展开,我想提五条具体建议:一、每一所学校都能共享政府的公共教育资源;二、每一堂课都合格;三、每一个学生都能到企事业单位对口实习;四、大学生德、智、体、美每一个方面都得到全面发展;五、每一所大学的主管部门都推行政校分开、管办分离。
