为了紧贴当前雷达兵建设实际,运用辩证分析和综合论证的方法,对信息化条件下雷达兵信息作战理论建设进行了探究.明确界定了信息化条件下雷达兵信息作战三大任务及其具体内容,分析了雷达兵信息作战的五大基本特点,探索了提升雷达兵信息作战能力的情报对抗、电子对抗、网络对抗、心理对抗和实体对抗等主要对策,以有效发挥雷达兵信息作战的效能.

In order to be close to the real situation of radar troopsconstruction,we address the theoretical construction of radar troop information operation under IT-based conditions by means of dialectical analysis and integrated proof.This article defines clearly the three major tasks and their specific contents of radar troop information operation under IT-based conditions,analyzes its five prime features,and investigates the intelligence,electronic,network,psychological and substantial countermeasures as well as other main strategies that boost the information operational capabilities of radar troops
