摘要
为提高军事运筹学课程的教学效果,根据课程特点和教学目的的要求,规范了案例教学法在军事运筹学教学中的教学准备和组织、总结讲评和成绩评定等教学过程;总结了案例教学中案例选择的真实性、典型性、时代性、概括性以及与其他教学方法有机结合等做法.6年的教学实践表明:案例教学有利于调动学员的学习积极性,培养学员分析问题和解决问题的能力;采用案例教学的期班,学员结业考试全部及格,90分以上达到17%,没有采用案例教学的期班其考试90分以上的5%左右,有不及格现象;120名学员问卷调查,对案例教学的满意度为98%.
To improve the teaching effect of military operations research course,the case teaching is put into use,according to the teaching properties and goals of the course.In this article the procedure of case teaching such as the teaching preparation and organization,summing up and appraising,and performance rating,etc is normalized,and the practices of reality,typicality,times and generality as well as the dynamic integration of other teaching methods in the case teaching mode are summarized.Six years teaching practice shows that the case teaching mode can make for mobilizing the cadets learning initiative,training their abilities to analyze and solve the problems;in the class where the method is used,the cadets all pass in the final examination of the course,among which 17% are above than 90 points,while only 5%or so of them are over this score and even some cadets fail in the class not using the method;their satisfaction of the case teaching is 98%,in accordance with a questionnaire survey.
