摘要 本文就一种基于反射原理,测量微小距离的技术进行了研究。该技术通过记录反射光的数目来获得物体的尺度,操作简单,制作工艺成熟,易于实现。其精度可以与所用激光束的纤细度比拟,具有较大的现实意义。 With the development of science and technology,the requirement of small distance measurement technology become higher and higher.Traditional methods can not meet the demands.In this paper,small distance measurement technology based on the laser reflection principle was given a practical demonstration.This technology gets the object scale by recording the number of reflected light.Moreover,it is easy to be understood with simple production process,which makes the technology easy to implement.What's more,the accuracy of this technology can be compared with the fine degree of laser beam.The results show that this technology has great practical significance.
