摘要
目的观察丹皮总甙(TGM)的抗肝炎作用。方法采用CCl4和DGalN诱导小鼠化学性肝损伤模型。结果TGM可降低CCl4和DGalN所致血清ALT、AST的升高,减轻CCl4和DGalN所致肝脏变性和坏死程度,预防给药效果优于治疗给药,其中以50mg·kg-1剂量组给药7天效果最佳。结论TGM对化学性肝损伤有一定程度的保护作用。
Objective To observe the effects of total glucosides of mudan cortex(TGM) on chemical liver injury. Methods Chemical liver injury model produced by CCl 4 and D Gal N in mice was applied. Results The elevation of alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) in serum produced by CCl 4 and D Gal N were decreased by TGM, the degrees of degeneration and necrosis in liver produced by CCl 4 and D Gal N were diminished. The effect was more apparent in the preventive groups than in the therapeutic groups. The pretreatment group with a daily ig dose of TGM (50 mg·kg -1 ) for 7 days showed the most effective in all groups. Conclusion TGM shows some degree of protective effects on chemical liver injury.
