关节镜治疗创伤后膝关节黏连的临床观察 被引量：1

摘要 目的观察关节镜治疗创伤后膝关节黏连的临床疗效。方法对76例创伤后膝关节黏连的患者行关节镜松解术，采用HSS评分对膝关节术前及术后功能进行评价。结果平均随访16．4个月（8～24个月），术中均可见到关节内纤维束带形成，滑膜肥厚增生和髌骨周围黏连，以及股四头肌伸肌装置黏连。HSS评分从术前（65．2±1．5）分提高到末次随访时（84．7±2．2）分。术中平均屈曲度为（112±6）°，末次随访时为（95±4）°。术前术后HSS评分差异有统计学意义（t=2．64，P〈0．01）。结论关节镜治疗创伤后膝关节黏连具有安全，创伤小，恢复快等优点，值得推广。
