摘要
改革开放以来,我国经济实现了举世公认的高速增长,但与之相悖的是我国的就业形势长期严峻,在就业与经济增长之间,似乎呈现出某种非一致性关系。本文以马克思的社会分工制度理论为指导,首先回顾近年来就业问题研究的相关文献,然后,借鉴新兴古典经济学失业与分工关系的理论成果,运用数理分析和实证分析方法,论证就业与社会分工深化和社会分工广化的相关关系,着力揭示"中国就业之谜"的症结所在,得出了相关结论。在此基础上,运用全国面板数据固定效应模型作进一步实证分析,证明了相关论断。
Because of the reform and open policy, China's economy has achieved a world-recognized, high-speed growth. However, in the long-term, employment situation is quite severe. It seems non-uniformity between employment and economic growth. This paper takes Marx's theory of the social division of labor as a guide, reviewing related references at first, drawing on theory between unemployment and the division of labor from neo-classical economics, revealing the correlation of employment and social division of labor deepened, social division of labor broadened, by using mathematical analysis and empirical analysis. This paper also analyses "China's employment puzzle". On this basis, paper uses fixed-effect model of national panel data for further empirical analysis to prove that the relevant conclusions.
