摘要
从精神文化的维度观照电大远程教育文化,突出地显示了电大远程教育文化的和谐性与创新性。但是我国电大系统涉及层面多,规模庞大,较难形成以中央电大为首的文化理念认同。电大远程教育文化的一体化主要存在着制度性障碍、环境性障碍和资源性障碍,加强其一体化建设应从争取教育立法保护,明确电大"大学"定位,强化文化主体认同;坚持教育质量监控,完善管理监督机制,重塑电大文化品牌;规范电大校园网络,健全资源共享机制,统一对外文化窗口等方面着手。
With 30 years' experience in distance education, TV University has possessed great cultural heritage, which is harmonious and innovative in nature from the spiritual perspective. However, due to its multilevel structure and large scale, it is difficult to achieve identity with the cultural concept held by Central TVU. The integration of the TVU distance education culture is confronted with obstruction caused by the system, environment and resources. Only the state legislation can provide a solution to the improvement of the cultural environment, so as to provide an insight to the further development of modem distance education in China.
